Jonesy is an 11 year old sorrel and white spotted Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. He is 15 hands tall and heavy built. He has been ridden by a gentleman in his 70's that is no longer able to ride so he is looking for a new trail riding buddy. He is very safe and gentle. He has been trail ridden all over the state of Missouri. He has been ridden in the hills and mountains as well as on gravel roads. He traffic safe. Last week we even had an encounter with bicycles on the trail and he handled it like a champ. He has been ridden around wild game, farm machinery and 4 wheelers. He will cross water and tromp through the mud. He will also ease across downed trees on the trail. He will ride through the heavy brush and not get excited. Jonesy will ride along the trail on a loose rein. He has a wonderful smooth fox trot and will lope off like a quarter horse. He will go all day long and never quit you. He has a wonderful disposition. He loves people and really tries to please you. He will ride out alone or in any size group. He will get up front and lead the ride or drop all the way to the back of the pack and ride just as quiet. This guy is very sure footed and a true trail veteran.
