Mem is a beautiful, affectionate mare who is good to handle and groom, trailers well and stands quietly in cross-ties and for the farrier. She is a confident horse who learns new skills (and tricks!) very quickly. She has competed at Training Level in dressage (scoring 66 at her last competition) and has an amazing extended trot. She was a star at the Southlands Country Fair Drill Team Demonstration riding in a ring with 16 other horses in front of several thousand people. She is currently jumping 2'6 - 2'9 at home and has free-jumped to 3'6. She consistently lands on the correct leads and has flying changes. She is confident and safe out on the roads and trails of the Southlands area either by herself or in company (happily leading, in the middle or at the back). Shes not fazed by dogs, bikes, miniature horses, machinery, umbrellas, tarps etc. She has no stable vices, is happy to be caught and doesnt bite, bolt, buck, kick or rear. She has a good work ethic, moves well off the leg, has a soft mouth and a beautiful natural outline. Mem is a very versatile, honest horse. She is a true all-rounder showing a natural potential and interest in jumping.
